Participant Agreement & Terms

Please read this agreement carefully before registering for a Solora Retreat.

Applies to: All Solora Retreats held at The Abbey Inn & Spa, Peekskill, New York

Retreat Overview

Solora Retreats are immersive weekend experiences designed to foster wellness, reflection, and personal growth. Each retreat hosts a maximum of 15 women. By completing your registration, you agree to the terms and policies below.

1. Payment Options

You may complete your payment in one of three ways:

  • Pay in Full at the time of registration.
  • Deposit Option: Pay a 50% deposit now and the remaining balance 45 days before your retreat begins.
  • Payment Plan: Divide your balance into up to 4 installments using Stripe, Klarna, AfterPay, or Affirm.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

2. Pricing

  • Early Registration: $2,350
  • Standard Registration: $2,800

Prices include accommodations, meals, group sessions, and retreat materials. Add-on services (spa, massage, or excursions) are not included and must be paid separately.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or future retreat within 12 months.
  • Cancellations made 60+ days before: 50% refund (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations made 30–59 days before: 25% refund (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before: Non-refundable.
  • No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

If Solora Retreats must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.

4. Accommodations

Retreat pricing is based on either double or single beds. We cannot guarantee availability for one or the other unless specified during registration. If you indicate that you prefer a double bed with a roommate, we will ensure that arrangement is made for you. All room assignments will be finalized 30 days before the retreat.

5. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from The Abbey Inn & Spa. Solora Retreats is not liable for travel delays, lost items, or transportation issues.

6. Health & Wellness Acknowledgment

Our retreats include yoga, meditation, and light physical movement. By registering, you confirm that you are in good physical and emotional health to participate and release Solora Retreats, its facilitators, and the venue from liability for any injury, illness, or loss.

7. Dietary Preferences

Nutritious meals are provided. Please share dietary needs or allergies during registration. While all reasonable efforts are made to accommodate, Solora Retreats cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Code of Conduct

We value respect, kindness, and confidentiality. All participants agree to:

  • Treat others with compassion and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality of group discussions.
  • Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

Violations may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

9. Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for Solora Retreats marketing and social media use. You may opt out by emailing us before arrival.

10. Force Majeure

Solora Retreats is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). Credits or rescheduling will be offered where possible.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Participant Consent

By completing your registration, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood the Solora Retreats Policy & Terms.
  • Agree to all payment, refund, and conduct policies.
  • Acknowledge participation at your own risk.
