Terms of Service

By accessing or using Solora Retreats' website, services, or attending our retreats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants of Solora Retreats programs, including but not limited to retreat attendees, community members, and website visitors.

2.1 Registration Process

• All retreat registrations must be completed through our official website or authorized booking channels.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved payment plan.
• Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Age Requirements

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Our retreats are designed specifically for adult women seeking wellness and personal growth.

2.3 Waitlist

If a retreat is fully booked, you may join our waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a spot. We will contact you if space becomes available.

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Retreat fees include accommodations, meals, guided sessions, and specified activities.
• Travel to and from the retreat location is not included unless explicitly stated.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3.3 Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for select retreats. All installments must be paid in full at least 14 days before the retreat start date. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your registration.

4.1 Participant Cancellations

• 60+ days before retreat: Full refund minus $150 administrative fee
• 30-59 days before retreat: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before retreat: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

4.2 Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another Solora Retreat within the same calendar year, subject to availability and a $100 transfer fee. Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before your original retreat date.

4.3 Solora-Initiated Cancellations

If Solora Retreats cancels a retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (travel, accommodations, etc.).

5.1 Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and kindness
• Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared during sessions
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
• Respect the retreat schedule and communal spaces
• Abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs during the retreat

5.2 Removal from Retreat

Solora Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct or disrupts the retreat experience for others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

6. Health & Safety

6.1 Medical Disclosure

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, or dietary restrictions during registration. This information is kept confidential and used solely to ensure your safety and comfort.

6.2 Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreat activities, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, hiking, and wellness practices, involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6.3 Not Medical Advice

Solora Retreats programs are designed for wellness and personal growth, not as medical treatment. Our facilitators are not licensed medical professionals unless otherwise stated. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Solora Retreats website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Solora Retreats and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Photography & Media Release

During retreats, we may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Solora Retreats permission to use your likeness in marketing materials, social media, and website content.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the beginning of the retreat.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solora Retreats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or attendance at our retreats.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the retreat or service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
